U15 Registration Evening

6.30pm-8.00pm
Please bring a copy of your son’s birth certificate (or current passport), 3 recent passport photos and £20 registration fee (this also includes your Sports & Social Club Membership for the season).
Please also bring your son as he will also have to sign the registration form!!!
Anyone unable to attend please make alternative arrangements with Tim Seymour before the end of July to ensure your son is signed on in time for the start of new season.
Support to Almondsbury Social Club
All parents and spectators are requested to provide their support to the Almondsbury Social Club following matches/training.
We are not necessarily requesting that you spend all evening/afternoon there, although that would be welcomed(!) but even a quick "soft" drink or two will contribute to the continued success and viability of this excellent facility that we are lucky to have.
Teams playing at Scott Park could always pop back for a quick post-match social get together.
The support of parents and specators will therefore be highlighy valued and will enable you to get the most out of your membership!!
